We're thrilled to announce that the 2nd Annual Heart Sync Run: Stride for Health will take place on November 7, 2026!

Join us on the East Side of El Paso for an exciting morning dedicated to fitness, community, and heart health. Hosted by the Texan Foundation, this officially timed event welcomes everyone—from elite athletes to first-time runners and walkers.

Every step you take helps support preventive heart care for our community.

Open to all participants, but cash prizes are reserved for female finishers.

Every participant who crosses the finish line will receive:

Participants must complete their registered event.
