Higgins Lake Sunrise Run

Northern Michigan Children's Assessment Center is pleased to announce the Annual Higgins Lake Sunrise Run featuring a half-marathon race around the east side of beautiful Higgins Lake. The half marathon starts from the Higgins Lake North State Park and finishes at the Higgins Lake South State Park. In addition to the half-marathon, race day will include a 10K Run, 5K run/walks, and 1-Mile Kids Fun Run.

• Are strollers allowed?

  • Yes running strollers are allow. 

  • Your child must remain securely fastened inside the stroller while on the course for safety 

• Can you run with a dog?

  • We love dogs! Because of our love for dogs and your safety, we do not allow them to participate in a race designed for people unless they are service dogs.
