Hoofin' It For Hunger

Hoofin' it for Hunger is excited to be back to Dillon in 2026!  We had successful events in Dillon since 2022 and we are hoping to make our race even better this year...all for a great cause!

Speaking of our great cause...the Southwest Counties Farm Bureau continues to be dedicated to raising money to help feed hungry people in Montana. Now more than ever, hunger issues continue to be at the forefront of the many issues facing our local communities.  All proceeds from this race will go to local food pantries in Southwest Montana. Please consider making an additional donation using the "Donate" link on this page. 100% of your donation will go to local food banks.

Check out the Hoofin' it for Hunger course maps.  The 10K will head out of town on Reeder Street to W Park Street, which then turns in to 10 Mile Road. 10K runners will turn onto Wheat Lane and continue on to loop around Wheat's Pond before returning back to town on the same route they came out on. 5K runners will be transported out to Wheat's Pond and will run back into town. This race is a great opportunity to get out of town and see some new trails! Be sure to look up and enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Plan to check in and pick up your race bib on Saturday morning at race registration. See you there!

There will be no refunds or deferrals on race registrations after October 1. This event is a fundraiser for local food banks and thanks to the support our generous sponsors, 100% of your registration fee goes to help feed hungry children and families across Southwest Montana.
