About HyRise
HyRise is a local hybrid race that mirrors the well known HYROX race format. It will consist of both running and strength challenges! It is a great challenge for overall fitness to test limits in both cardio and strength endurance.
The race will include 6 strength challenges, with a 1000-meter run between each. This is the format of the race:
1000m run
50m broad jump burpees
1000m run
100 wall balls
1000 meter run
100m weighted lunges
1000m run
100 renegade rows
1000m run
200m farmer carry
1000m run
This is a great way to experience a Hyrox-type event in a local setting.
IN ADDITION… All participants will receive an official HyRise T-Shirt when you sign up and register on or before July 23.
There is NO race day registration.
