🔥 CERUS FITNESS HYROX SIM — JUNE 13TH 🔥
We’re bringing the HYROX race experience to Cerus Fitness.
Choose between our FULL SIM or HALF SIM and compete as an Individual or Doubles Team. If you’re training for your first HYROX or preparing for your next race, this is your chance to test your fitness in a high-energy race environment.
This event is designed to simulate the flow, intensity, and challenge of a HYROX-style race with running and functional workout stations combined into one competition experience.

FULL SIM
The Full Sim mirrors the demands of a full HYROX-style race experience with longer volume, endurance, and station work designed to push your pacing, strength, and engine. See Workout Below.
HALF SIM
The Half Sim is a shorter version of the race and a great option for newer athletes, first-time racers, or anyone wanting the HYROX experience with reduced volume. See Workout Below.
DOUBLES
Doubles teams will complete the runs together while splitting the workout stations however they choose.
Each doubles athlete must purchase their own ticket.
The Half HYROX consists of the following sequence:
1 km Run + 1000m SkiErg
1 km Run + 50m Sled Push (Weight varies by division)
1 km Run + 50m Sled Pull
1 km Run + 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
1 km Run + 1000m Rowing
1 km Run + 200m Farmers Carry
1 km Run + 100m Sandbag Lunges
1 km Run + 100 Wall Ball
The Half HYROX consists of the following sequence:
500m Run + 500m SkiErg
500m Run + 25m Sled Push
500m Run + 25m Sled Pull
500m Run + 40m Burpee Broad Jumps
500m Run + 500m Row
500m Run + 100m Farmer's Carry
500m Run + 40m Sandbag Lunges
500m Run + 50 Wall Balls
