J-Hawk Masters Team - Spring/Summer Session

Come join the fun and swim practices with other 18&Overs.

Compete or do not compete - that's completely up to you.

Our practices are for ALL SWIMMERS AND ALL FOCUSES:
   * Stroke Improvement
   * Improving endurance to help improve your fitness
   * Workouts to help you reach your swim meet goals
   * Workouts for our open water & triathletes that would like more distance, freestyle and pull sets.

POOL PRACTICES:
Coach Cheri has 2 workouts available:  open water (more free and pull sets) and pool athletes (variety of strokes and distances).  Newbies can just swim lengths while improving their endurance.  All swimmers can modify based on their personal goals and focus.  Coaches are there to help with stroke technique.

OPEN WATER/LAKE PRACTICES
Tuesdays, Clear Lake, Milton at 6:15pm

Weekly team emails will be sent with practice updates and team news.

Starts: WE'VE STARTED!  ** JOIN ANYTIME FROM NOW THROUGH JULY!! **
Ends:  July 29th (USMS National racers finish August 6th)

Locations/Times: 
   Parker High School  6:15pm-7:30pm, Mon thru Thurs
   UW-Whitewater   5:15pm-6:30pm, Mon thru Thurs
   Rockport Pool, Janesville  6:45am-8am, Mon/Wed

Cost
$15/week or $8 Drop-In fee   ** Pay via check, cash or venmo.
