Jasper Jaunt 2026

Join in on the 2026 Jasper Jaunt hosted by the Jasper County Trails Club! Come and enjoy a beautiful bike ride through Jasper County with family, friends, and fellow bicyclists!

$30 to register. Kids 12 and under are free!

• Check-in Time - 8:15 A.M. CST 
• Ride Start - 9:00 A.M. CST

This year's 19.3 mile route begins at Fair Oak Farms, travels through scenic countryside, and ends in downtown Rensselaer at the Jasper County Courthouse. Please note: Shuttle services will NOT be provided back to Fair Oaks Farms. 

Indoor restrooms will be available at Fair Oaks. Bike Cleats are not allowed inside this location.

• This is NOT a timed event.
• Jaunt will happen rain or shine with the exception for lighting/extreme weather event.
• Event shirts included with registration if registered by June 1. No shirt guarantee after that.
• Complimentary bike lights will be given to the first 50 to register! 

SAFETY INFO: 

• BIKE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
• ALL MINORS 17 AND UNDER MUST BE REGISTERED WITH AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT.
• THE SAFETY WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED TO PARTICIPATE.
• PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN HYDRATION FOR THE RIDE.
• SOME POLICE MAY VISUALLY MONITOR A COUPLE KEY INTERSECTIONS, BUT ROADS WILL NOT BE CLOSED OFF TO TRAFFIC.
• ROAD RIDING IN THE JASPER JAUNT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IN EXTREME CASES COULD EVEN LEAD TO DEATH. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ARE WILLINGLY TAKING THE RISK OF PUTTING YOURSELF IN HARMS WAY. THIS IS NOT A RACE, SO PLEASE MAKE YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH YOUR TOP PRIORITY.
• THIS EVENT IS FUN, BUT DANGEROUS AND BRINGS KEEN AWARENESS TO THE NEED FOR A TRAIL OR ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PATHS IN JASPER COUNTY.
