Just Jesus Inc 5K Run/Walk

The primary purpose of Just Jesus Inc is to give Bibles to those without one, distribute copies of Hope in Jesus to children around the Earth, and distribute copies of Be Free in Christ to men in recovery programs, jails, and prisons throughout the Earth. We exist to demonstrate the love and hope of Jesus Christ by bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to others and share Jesus’s hope with others through these books.

We will have an after race FAMILY Festival with lots of Activities, Refreshments and Music. Plus, there will be lots of giveaways and door prizes - must stick around and be present to win. 

                        T-shirts are guaranteed for those registering before September 3.

Q: Do I have to be in a certain city/state to do this event?
A: Anyone can do the VIRTUAL 5K wherever you are, on your time between Saturday, September 28th and Saturday, October 5th.  This is great way for families and friends to stay active together, even if you don't live close to each other.  However, if you are registered for 5K In-Person event, you will need to toe the "Start Line" in front of the Tupelo City Hall  September 30th @ 7:30 AM.
 
Q: Do I have to run or can I walk?
A: You can run, walk, runwalk ... as long as you are purposefully moving and logging miles, it counts.
 
Q: Do I have to complete the 5K Virtual distance at one time?
A: Yes, since this is a "timed" event, you will need to complete the full  5k during one activity ... not multiple combined activities.
 
Q: Do I have to put in my miles outside?
A: Preferably you will be able to go outside so you can use our Live GPS tracking app, RaceJoy. See RaceJoy "How To" (click here). but if you need to complete your miles inside (on a treadmill, at the gym, etc.) that will be possible with the alternate reporting option.
 
Q: How do I record my miles/time?
A: The easiest and best way will be to utilize the RaceJoy app (click here)  ... you simply hit start on the app and it will register your time in results when you complete the 5K distance.  But, if you are unable to carry your phone; will be in a location with poor cell service; or need to complete your miles inside or on a treadmill, then there will be alternate ways to report your time.  You can upload directly to the RunSignUp system.  Just go to the Results Tab (click here)  and choose "Submit Virtual Results". Virtual results will be presented in a format similar to in person results, but for recognition only.

Do you ever wish you could GIVE like a famous rich person where everyone gets a car? Often, I wish I could give everyone a Bible from Just Jesus ministries. As I serve at Hope Family Ministries, GriefShare, Fathers in the Field and jail ministries; I don’t have to worry about where my next Bible is going to come from. I know when people like you and me give together when we can, “Just Jesus” will provide the need (s).

Mrs. Dana Foster with Beds for Kids:

“Beds for Kids” provides sturdy comfortable beds for kids that don’t have one. With each bed delivered we also provide an age-appropriate Bible. We are blessed to receive Bibles from Just Jesus inc. Last year we delivered 1,004 beds to kids in our area. Therefore, we provided 1,004 kids with Bibles on this own!

One of the greatest blessings that we have received in the last two years has been from Caleb Rodgers. Caleb is a fine young man, who has a strong desire to serve our Lord. Despite daily dealing with physical disabilities, he keeps pressing forward to bring attention to his Heavenly Father. Caleb’s special ministry is called Just Jesus inc and has been such a help to YES Ministries. His ministry has supplied us with hundreds of Bibles, which have been placed in large area such as jails, prisons, drug rehabilitation facilities, homeless facilities, cancer centers, hospital waiting rooms, youth groups, visitor’s centers, church visitation teams, and other area. Caleb, his parents, and their Just Jesus inc are dedicated to getting the Word of the Lord out to the world. They have been such an enormous blessing to us as individuals, and to our YES Ministries. We have a tremendous respect for the Rodgers family. They are compassionate about, and dedicated to, supplying God’s Word to individuals and ministries so that it can be spread to as many as possible in this world. We thank them for commitment, friendship, love, and prayers. We treasure the moments we get to talk to Caleb and see his adoring smile. He encourages us to keep going and not ever stop serving the Lord.

Just Jesus INC. 5K use ChronoTrack timing technology. To get an official race time and be included in results, participants MUST wear a bib number with timing device on front of body so they can be validated at the finish on camera.  (see below) The B-Tag technology allows for precision and timing accuracy in road racing performance.
