Karing For Kidneys "The Kidney Bean 5k walk and Run"

Hello, Town Spa is hosting our 2nd annual Karing For Kidneys Race. One of our Managers, a family member has been diagnosed with stage 3 Kidney disease. So we had a thought... Lets raise money for the National Kidney Foundation!! 

The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is a major non-profit health organization focused on preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the lives of those affected, and increasing organ donation for transplantation. 

Race starts at 9:00 , Bib pickup and onsite registration from 7:30am - 8:45am 

There will also be a bib pickup a few days before the race date is TBD

Pre race Drinks Provided by Phorm Energy

After Race Water Provided By Liquid Death, along with granola bars, Bananas and other snacks 

Entry Fee includes: T-shirt, Finishers Medal and other Goodies! 

Everyone registered on Aug 20th will receive a commemorative T-shirt. After that date, shirts cannot be guaranteed - register early!

Thank you to the Stoughton Police Department the Race course will be fully shut down to all traffic

 All T-shirts are guaranteed for anyone who signs up before the deadline. Anyone who misses the deadline can still sign up until and on race day but shirts may not available.

Race Day September 19th 7:30am- 8:45am, there will be a bib pickup a few days before the race that will be announced when we get closer
