Frequently asked Questions
Does my child need to be able to swim 25 yards non-stop?
No, swimming 5-10 yards and resting on the side is ok. But we would like the to be able to make it at 25 yards even if it is with some breaks.
Where will they bike?
We will practice some bike skills in the grass next to the BBAC. We will also practice some on the driveway at Brenham Middle School. We have permission to close off a section so there will be no cars or vehicles on the section we will be riding on during the camp.
What do kids wear?
Most simply wear their swimsuit for all 3 disciplines of the race. Some choose to put on shorts and or shirt after swimming.
