About Lake Nona Tri-Nona Triathlon Series Race 1
Join us for the 3rd Annual Lake Nona Triathlon! This year there are two Lake Nona Tri Events, the first one taking place on July 26, 2026, and the second event taking place on August 23, 2026.
This Sprint Triathlon is a thrilling point-to-point race, starting at the Lake Nona Adventure Park, where the action begins with a lake swim. The bike route will take participants through the heart of Lake Nona, offering breathtaking views and a blend of urban and natural scenery, as they descend on their next transition area at Boxi Park. The atmosphere at Boxi Park will be electric, with friends, family, and fans eagerly awaiting the athletes' arrival. Here, participants transition from biking to the final challenge the 5K run.
Post-race festivities at Boxi Park include free beer for all participants and access to the Park's food containers. The entertainment lineup ensures a festive atmosphere, with music, games, and activities for all ages, making it a perfect day out for families and friends!
Participant benefits include a custom shirt and a finisher's medal. Awards will be given to the top three Overall Males & Females, Male & Female Masters, and top three males & females in 5-year increments.

TWO Transition Areas.
SUNDAY ONLY: PACKET PICKUP AT BOXI PARK 5:00 AM - 6:45 AM
(NO BIKE CHECK-IN ON SATURDAY)
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PLACE YOUR RUNNING GEAR IN TRANSITION #2 AND GET TO T1 at Nona Adventure Park.
To get to T1, participants can ride their bikes (1 mile) or get dropped off (NO SHUTTLES PROVIDED).
FAQ
This race is a point-to-point triathlon, which means you will have two separate transition areas.
If you are in the Triathlon, you will start your swim at the Adventure Park, then Bike to Boxi Park to start your run.
If you are in the Duathlon, you will need to plan for two transition areas and figure out a plan for your running shoes if you clip in on the bike.
Where does the race start and finish?
