PRE-EVENT CONTACT
We would love to work with you to feature your product or business with our racers. There are many ways to be involved and gain exposure, from hosting a packet pick up location or after party, sponsoring a water station (at select events), adding a goody or coupon to the goody bag, providing an in-kind donation/sample for the racers on the course or at the finish line, or setting up a booth on race-day at the expo.

TENT/TABLE: You will be given approximately 12'x12' of space. Tents and tables are NOT included, however, some of you have already arranged for table/tent rental from 3W Races. In that case, your tent and or table will be set for you at your designated space.
Generally, tent rental is $85 and tables are $10 each to rent for the event. 3W will bring the tent/table, set it up at your designated location and tear it down at the end of the event. If you are interested in this arrangement, please coordinate with us at least one week in advance.
Goody Bag Stuffer
If you have arranged to place something into the Goody Bag, please make sure your 'stuffer' reaches us by the deadline so our volunteers and staff can get it into each racer's goody bag! Items received after the deadline will not be in the goody bag.

Race Day: Location/Time
TIME: 6:00-6:30 AM Vendor Set Up, Race starts at 7:45 AM, 10:00AM is Tear Down. The finish line officially closes when the last runner crosses.
SURFACE: Vendors, you will set up on the asphalt parking lot; plan accordingly. Tent weights are recommended. Staking is not allowed. There is plenty of free parking near the expo at the rec center.

All activities for the race take place outdoors at the community center. Both the 5k and 10k have out and back components where racers will be running in both directions on the trail. Please be mindful and stay to the RIGHT except when overtaking another runner. For the most part, however, the 5k course is a large loop.

COURSE SURFACE
Both the 5k and 10k are on the trail system of Louisville. The course is a mix of concrete and some single track gravel.
COURSE SUPPORT:
WATER
All 3W Events maintain a cup-free finish area. Bring your own water bottle. At the finish line, there will be no cups. You can leave your water bottle at the finish/start area in the designated bin, or in your car, as parking is very close to the finish line. There is one water station on the 5k Course which racers will pass one time. The 10k Runners will see 2 water stations, passing them a total of 4 times.
RESTROOMS
Portajohns are located in the expo area parking lot. There are no restrooms on the course.
PARKING
Parking is plentiful in the surrounding area. Park in available spots at the community center.
COURSE CUT OFF
There is no course cut-off time for this event.

COVID Race Protocols/Guidelines
COVID INFORMATION: We are following the current City of Louisville, Boulder County, and State of Colorado guidelines. We will update this info as it changes. Currently, all jurisdictions are level clear.
When signing up for the Let Freedom Run 5k/10k you will agree to a set of COVID guidelines and social contract. Those guidelines will include:
1. You agree to social distance of at least 6ft while at the event including in the start area, finish area, and expo.
2. Must be "healthy" to attend. Please stay home if you are exhibiting any covid-like or other illness type symptoms including, but not limited to: fever, cough, sneezing, sore/scratchy throat, etc.
As the regulations change due to this ever-changing pandemic, we will keep registered racers informed with the most recent guidelines.

Dogs, Strollers & Fireworks
Your well behaved, leashed dogs and well behaved children in strollers are welcome on this course. Slower runners should always stay to the right, faster runners should pass on the left. Please leave your fireworks at home. The only thing on fire during this race should be your muscles!

The start, finish and expo are all at the Louisville Recreation and Senior Center:

Due to COVID protocols, the 2021 Kids Fun Run will not be held. We plan to bring it back in 2022!

Join a TEAM during registration and when your group reaches 5 or more members, everyone gets $5 off! (See FAQ for details.) Discounts honored ONLINE only in advance of race day. When registering with a team, ALL team bibs and packets will HAVE to be picked up together. No exceptions.

Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women overall as well as the top three men and women in each age group.
Age groups:
10k: 19 and Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
5k: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
This event is chip timed. The timing chip is affixed to the back of your race bib. Please do NOT remove it. Please wear YOUR bib on the front, outside of your clothing - in front of your stomach.
Overall award winners are based on GUN time. Age group winners are based on CHIP (net) time.
