Jojo left a legacy of life lessons: how to love fully, live fully, and give entirely in the moments afforded you. There is a call to action here for each one of us. Join us in walking, sharing, prepping, decorating, designing, advocating, gifting, donating, delivering, and empowering families with children facing chronic healthcare challenges.

The Live Like Jojo Foundation is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization, created in Jojo's honor, that recognizes, advocates for, and celebrates moments.

Moments matter, and we, as a foundation, set out to gift moments that will be far-reaching and long-lasting. Many children and families navigate an unknown and tireless journey of therapies, blood draws, doctor visits, and hospitalizations. When a family with a child facing chronic healthcare challenges is given the opportunity to pause, step into, and embrace in a joy-filled moment, this family will savor these moments for a lifetime. Our foundation and the Jojo community is committed to supporting and encouraging the entire family by providing unique opportunities, meaningful gifts, relevant education, and empowerment for the journey.

I'm having trouble registering on my cell phone?
For the easiest registration process, we recommend registering from your desktop computer. Either way, the important thing is to remember when registering for the Ohana (Family) Ticket option, you need to scroll to the bottom and select Multi-Person Pricing and choose your Ohana size. Then you'll simply click add registrant just above and repeat that process for each registrant. Be sure to always select ticket type! If you need help, simply email us!

Is the Live Like JoJo Walk handicap accessible?
Absolutely! This walk is about celebrating all our differences and abilities. Participants using wheelchairs, strollers, or walkers will be able to join in the fun at a pace/distance that is most comfortable for them. 

Can I bring my Dog?
Yes! All dogs participating in the Live Like JoJo Walk need to register. Dogs will then receive their own pet-friendly walk packet and goodies including a custom bandana and treat for Fido!

Should I or my team fundraise? What will it be used for?
Certainly! We would be grateful for your support as would all the children and families benefiting from your awesome efforts in support of the Live Like JoJo Foundation’s mission!

How do I Create or Join a Team? 
During registration, you will be prompted to select a team, create a team or walk as an individual. If you're creating a team, it will designate you as the team captain. As captain, you will help promote and recruit for your team (and all the fabulous prizes that go along with it!).

Please keep team names family-friendly! Thank you.

One unique aspect of the Live Like JoJo Walk - we ask that all participants, including Teams, wear the Live Like JoJo Walk t-shirt! This will mean so very much to Jojo’s brothers! Teams will be offered guidelines for other unique ways to unify their team (bandanas, hats, signs, etc.).

How do I/We set up a Fundraising Page?
When you register, you will be prompted to set up your own individual fundraising page/goal if you’d like. We have each goal starting at $100, you can easily adjust this for your own target in support of the Live Like JoJo Foundation.

If joining a team, you will have the option to choose which team you want to be a part of or create your own as a team captain. Every walk participant is invited to join the Live Like JoJo Team. Simply select it during your registration process. All participants are invited to join if you would like!

Be sure to promote your walk participation to friends and family so they can help you reach your goal and collect funds online. Maybe they’ll even want to join you and form a team for the walk! 

How long is the Live Like JoJo Walk?
We are calling it a 5K-ish...the total distance is cumulative from when you get out of your car, do the walk route (3-4 laps) and head back to your car. Too far? That’s ok, just walk at your own pace and simply go to the finish line when you’re done! 

Will there be activities for Kids?
You bet! Can we just say Jojo knew how to fun!?! He loved making people happy and creating special moments with them. Our aim is to infuse joy into our community as we emerge in this altered state through the pandemic. 

Excitement includes Kids' activities with entertainment galore (included with your registration) from musical entertainment, exotic cars, scavenger hunt and so much more!

Will there be activities for Big Kids, too? AKA Adults?
Jojo would have wanted EVERYONE to be making memories, so we will have a little something for all our walk participants to enjoy throughout the course and throughout the morning from fresh-brewed coffee and delicious eats to photobooth stops and Thanksgiving basket creation stations. Our sponsors will have super cool booths along the route, and did we mention exciting entertainment? There will be a little bit of something for everyone!

Our Superhero Kids!

The Live Like JoJo Foundation, founded by Monica and Jon Cline, Jojo's parents, serves local children with chronic healthcare challenges. Over the last four years, over 600 children and their families have been directly impacted by the generosity of the Live Like JoJo community, our Ohana. 

Meet our Superhero Kids Class of 2026 on Sunday, October 18, 2026!
Follow us on Instagram as we feature each Superhero Kid ahead of the Walk! We are beyond delighted to have numerous Superhero Alumni from the Classes of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 participate once again in all the magic that is the Live Like Jojo Walk - where we truly are making moments count!


Who are our Superhero Kids?

What makes a superhero in our eyes? Wielding hammers, invincible “spider” webs, grand illusions, or hulk-like strength? Of course!
These are the superheroes that dazzle us through our  TV screens…but they are nowhere to be found in reality. Who are the superheroes who actually get up every morning, inspire us, and overcome impossible odds every day? We are privileged to know just a few of these brave little fighters. Whether it be Diego or Samson, Jackson or  Jaxlee, Abraham or Ollie, Colton or Carter, these superheroes have superhuman courage and strength we can only aspire to have! 

These superhero kids are among us; they challenge villains of needles and pumps and procedures every day. They must rise above medications that slay them and diagnoses that try to confine them. They are forced to emulate and perform against systems that do not understand them or value their uniqueness. They must reach deep within themselves to muster the strength against hopelessness and defeat. They walk tightropes of risky surgeries,  controversial medications, and alternative treatments. They battle vision, hearing, sensory,  cognitive, physical, and systemic assaults daily. And when the assailant has finally seemed to  overcome them, these INCREDIBLE superhero kids show us what they are made of, and with  tear-streaked faces, we as onlookers, are jumping up and down, arms wild in the air, screaming,  “She did it!”, “He did it!”, “They did it!”, “We did it!”

How to create a Team...
Choose your Team Captain (or assign yourself) - the first person registering will automatically be the Team Captain and will set up the Team name and password (optional). Your Team name should be family-friendly. When future teammates go to register they will be promoted to create or select a team. They can select your team and proceed with their registration. Teams will work together to raise funds for a common goal supporting the Live Like JoJo Walk. Prizes will be given...stay tuned for all of the incentives!

Team Captains
Wow! You stepped up and we are so grateful for you volunteering to be a Team Captain!
As a captain, your leadership will help inspire others all the while raising funds for the Live Like JoJo Foundation. 

Whether you are a seasoned pro as a Team Captain or if this is your first go at it, here are some quick tips:
1)  When selecting your Team Name, pick something that everyone will remember when they register and look for it on the list. Family-friendly is the way to go! 

2) You are your team's cheerleaders! Help keep everyone excited and apprised of your team goal and progress to date. Your team will wear the Live Like JoJo Walk T-shirts for the Walk. Brainstorm ways to make your team distinct in the crowd within our walk parameters coming soon. Boas or cowboy hats anyone?

3) Do celebrate and acknowledge all your teammates as they reach (and even surpass) their fundraising targets. 

4) Feel the JOY and watch out for some fun TEAM incentives! We are so appreciative of you and want to make sure you are fostering a day of memory-making.
