Logout and Lace up

Logout & Lace Up is more than a 5, it’s a reminder to pause, unplug, and take care of what’s happening inside. This walk/run invites people of all ages and abilities to step away from screens, lace up their shoes, and move together in support of mental health awareness.

Whether you run, walk, jog, or stroll, every step is a statement: mental health matters. This event creates space for connection, conversation, and community, reminding us that we’re not alone and that sometimes, forward motion is healing.
