A Pi-K (3.14 Km race) for the Louisiana Engineering Society. 

 

Event Details:  

The race starts at Madison Hall and ends at Madison Hall. It goes down the sidewalk along Rex St and E Lewis to Girard Park, where runners will do one lap around the track and go back the way they came! There will be zydeco music for people of all ages to enjoy at the finish line. 

 

Donations are welcome.  You may make a donation while you register or click on the Donate button.

 

Registration Fees for each Category: 

$10 for students (University of Louisiana at Lafayette)

$15 for general participants/faculty/staff

$5 for ages 1-14

$10 for T-shirts (guaranteed by race day if you register before March 1st)

 

Packet Pickup (Location, Date & Time): 

131 Rex St., March 14th, 9:00am 

 

Age Groups:

1-14,15-19,20-29,30- 39, etc. 70+

 

Awards: 

1st 2nd 3rd Overall for Male and Female. 
1st student in each College of Engineering Department
1st in the College of Engineering faculty/staff.

What time does it start?

We will do our best to start promptly at 10AM. Please keep in mind that you may not start exactly at 10AM. We will ask participants to stage themselves so those that prefer to run begin before those that prefer to walk. Either way you will be chip timed so no matter when you start your placement will be based on your time.

Where should I park?

Zone 11 (Corner of E. Lewis & Rex St.)

Please do not be late! The race route will block off parking once the participants have started so you will not be able to access parking in Zone 11 after 10AM.
