M Family Foundation's 2026 Superhero Race Against Cancer 5K

On Sunday, September 27, 2026 superheroes will gather at Celebration Lakeside Park for the 9th Annual Superhero Race Against Cancer 5K to raise awareness and funds for families battling ovarian and pediatric terminal brain cancers.

Not a walker, runner or roller? There are many other ways to become involved with this fantastic event. On this page, check out ways to become a fundraiser, volunteer or sponsor.

• 6:15 AM - Registration/Packet Pickup Opens
• 7:00 AM - Welcome
• 7:05 AM - Pre-race Stretch
• 7:10 AM - Registration/Packet Pickup Closes
• 7:20 AM - National Anthem (played by the Celebration High School Band)
• 7:30 AM - 5K Start (Chipped)
• 8:00 AM - Post-Race Breakfast & Celebration as Runners Finish
• 8:45 AM - Awards & Recognition
• 11:00 AM - Official Event Closure

There will be a Closing Ceremony following the race to recognize our race winners and distribute awards. All registered 5K in-person participants will receive custom finisher medal.

• Best Superhero Costume (Adult and Child)
• Top 3 Finishers (Male and Female)
