Matchmakers & Mimosas 5K - Ott Vineyards

Love is in the air—and so are your footsteps! The Matchmakers & Mimosas 5K brings a festive Valentine twist to your run, inviting athletes of all paces to enjoy a fun, feel-good course filled with heart-day spirit. Whether you’re running with your sweetheart, your best friends, or hoping to meet someone new along the way, this race is all about connection, celebration, and a dash of sparkle.

Every participant will receive a Valentine-themed race shirt, a charming finisher medal, and a complimentary mimosa to sip as you celebrate your finish. Awards will also be presented in the usual five-year age groups starting at 10 & under, giving everyone a chance to feel the love.

Come share the miles, the moments, and the mimosas, so grab your friends and get an early start to your Sunday afternoon at the Matchmakers & Mimosa's 5K at Ott Vineyards & Winery.

We'll have juice and water for those under 21 and we even have a special Sip & Stroll division.  It includes all the goodies of the 5K, with no requirement to run:-)

As our official Charity Partner, your organization (or an individual in need) will be in the spotlight. We’ll feature you on our website, registration page, and social media — donations collected through the race go straight to you. No fees. No cuts.

Your only obligation will be to provide 4-6 volunteers on race day and help promote the event within your circle of influence.

We’re at Ott Vineyards.  We'll be chip timing the start & finish. Course Map

Miles for Mimosas are generally done in and around the Vineyards...So this we'll be running through grass and cross country style terrain. 

Water Stations

We will have water stations approximately every 1.5 miles

All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal and a mimosa.

Awards to the top finishers as follows:

• Top 3 Overall M/F
• Top 3 Overall Masters M/F  (40 yrs+)
• Top 3 Overall Grand Master M/F  (50 yrs+)
• Top 3 Overall Senior Master M/F  (60 yrs+)
• Top 3 in each of the 5 year age groups (10 & Under through 80+

*All participants registered by 10/8  are guaranteed a shirt in your size.  Afterwards, shirts will be while supplies last.

• 5+ team members get $2.50 off each

Still want to participate or support the cause and have a shot at an award? or maybe you saw the shirt and said:  "Sweet...I want one!"  Then the virtual race is for you.  Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day.  We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

New to Virtual Running?  Here's how it works:

Step 1

• Get excited, grab some friends and buddies to join you!  Sign up and register for the Monsters & Mimosa's Virtual 5K!

Step 2

• Hydrate, grab your buddy (or not), and get ready to get moving!

Step 3

• Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park, your favorite route in your neighborhood; anywhere you want.   Please remember to be safe!

Step 4

• HAVE FUN!~
• Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the hashtag #MilesforMimosas   #fivestarntp   #fivestarrunning

Step 5

• Submit your results online via your registration 
• You can submit your race time anytime until end of day 10/18.

Step 6

• View your Results Monday after the Event Date.

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.

Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.

Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.

No COVID-19 Refunds.  If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided.  The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.

We always do packet pickup on race morning starting one hour prior to the start of the race.  If we have an early pickup available, it will be added here.
