About Mighty North Fork Triathlon
This is one of the best first timer courses with a calm Peconic Bay swim, a mostly flat, scenic 7 mile bike and an equally scenic 3.5 mile run. Held in the heart of Long Island’s wine region, this event has something for both athletes and spectators alike.
Swim: 500 meters, Bike: 7 miles, Run: 3.5 miles

Clydesdale and Athena, top three in each category, 39 and under and 40 and older
Individual Age Groups, top three in each category:

Awards Ceremony will commence shortly after the final finisher crosses the finish line. Athletes are encouraged to stay for the awards or have someone pick up their award.
Awards will only be shipped post event if a pre paid postage envelope for 2 pounds is sent to the race organization within one week of the event. Please submit your request for award mailing via email to info@eventpowerli.com.
Raffle will take place at the end of the awards ceremony, raffle tickets will be handed out to each athlete. You must be present at the raffle to win.
Bib# Body Placement for Photos
Keep Your Bib# Clearly Visible!
For the best results with photo tagging and searching, the photographers need to clearly see your bib# when taking photos. This will greatly improve your name & bib# photo search results.
Extra body marking will take place right before the race, at the body marking flag!
Please have your bib# placed on
1-right shoulder, & left leg side calf
2-on the FRONT of your bike helmet, not on the side or back.
3-on your bike front tube CLOSEST to the handlebars, for easy side viewing, or on the TOP of the vertical seat tube.
4-and on the FRONT of your chest or abdomen, not on your back!

Again, make sure your bib# is clearly visible for the camera!
Your matching name and photos will be identified by your bib#!

(you can also add your bib# with a black magic marker to your opposite shoulder and calf for 7 locations)

Everyone must pick up their own packet and have a PHOTO ID.

Pick up your packet on race morning for an additional $10. This option is available when you register for the event.*
Everyone must pick up their own packet. Relay teams: the last member on your team to check in will receive the team packet.

Parking
All participants must follow the parking instructions. There will be staff present to direct you. The first 100 cars can park at the race site, but you will not be able to leave until the last person crosses the finish line at approximately 9:30am.
When parking on the road, athletes and spectators can only park on one (1) side of all roadways in order to share the road with vehicles.
When parking on Main Bayview Road, all four (4) tires must be off of the road as this is part of the course. On all other roads, please pull as far over as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!
