CMA’s Migraine & Headache Disorders 5K – Do It Your Way

This Migraine & Headache Awareness Month, join Chronic Migraine Awareness, Inc. (CMA) for our Migraine & Headache Disorders 5K – Do It Your Way — a community-driven event focused on raising awareness, building connection, and supporting those living with migraine and other headache disorders.

Participants can take part virtually anytime from June 1–23, or join us in person on June 23 for a special community gathering to move together for the cause. “Do It Your Way” means exactly that — run, walk, roll, hike, dance, jump, or move however your body allows. Complete your 5K all at once, break it up over several days, or participate alongside others at the in-person event.

This event is about more than miles. It’s about making invisible diseases visible, honoring the strength of those living with migraine and headache disorders, and standing together as a community committed to awareness, advocacy, and hope.

Invite friends, family, coworkers, and care partners to join you. Start a team, share your story, fundraise, or simply show up and move for the cause.
