Miles for Inclusion 5K (Walk, Jog or Run)

Our 5K is more than just a race it’s an opportunity to bring people together in support of a powerful organization. The Hrashq 5K is dedicated to raising awareness for our community of talented athletes with special needs, while promoting the importance of inclusion in everyday life. We aim to create a space where individuals of all abilities are celebrated, supported, and empowered. Through this event, we hope to unite not only the Armenian community, but diverse communities across Los Angeles fostering connection, understanding, and a shared commitment to inclusion. Together, we run, job or walk to inspire change, build acceptance, and strengthen a community where everyone belongs.
