Miles for Smiles 5K

LET'S GIVE OUR ALL TOGETHER!!!

Come support the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation and join us for a day of fun, community, and celebration at our USATF-certified 5K Run/Walk!

Whether you're racing for a personal best, walking with family and friends, or simply coming out to support a great cause, there's something for everyone. Enjoy bounce houses, music, entertainment, a dunk tank, goat cuddles, family activities, and so much more!

Every registered participant will receive a ticket for a complimentary slice of pizza, and additional food and refreshments will be available for purchase on-site. Souvenir Inaugural Miles for Smiles shirts and swag bags available to the first 150 registrants!

Most importantly, we're celebrating every step, every smile, and every person who comes together to make a difference. Bring your family, bring your friends, and help us support those impacted by cancer while creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The 5K course is officially certified by USA Track & Field which means it is a perfectly measured 5K distance. There will be digital display clocks at Mile 1, Mile 2, and the Finish Line. There will be 2 opportunities for water along the course at approximately 1.7 miles and 2.5 miles. Runners will have a RFID timing chip on the back of their bib number and will receive an official finish time. Awards will be given to the top 3 males and females. Let's G.O.A.T.!

5K Registrants and those with Attendee Passes enjoy all of this:

• Join us at Eisenhower Middle School, 344 Calvin Ct., Wyckoff, NJ 07481

• Parking spaces are available surrounding the school and are on a 1-way counter-clockwise loop around the building. Exiting will be limited during the 5K, so if you need to leave early, please use street parking (no parking on Paine Rd.). There is pathway access to the school grounds from Drury Lane. 
• Please check-in for the 5K by 10:15am.
• New registrations will be accepted here on event day.
• 5K Run:
  • Clocks at each mile & the finish; water available 2x along the course; course is USATF certified
  • 5K course map
  • Pin your assigned bib # on the front of your shirt and wear only the number that was assigned to you.
  • You will see other runners throughout the race as parts of the course run both ways along James Way. Look for signs and listen to volunteers to make sure you stay on the right path.
  • Please be mindful of your footing as there are some potholes on the roads (especially at the start).
  • B-Tag chip timing; times available after you cross the finish line at www.bestrace.com/mobile and official results and rankings here
• A slice of pizza is included with each registration!
• We will also have items available for purchase: Kona Ice, Blush Brew coffee, and Little Pizza Heaven.
• STAY HYDRATED!
• 5K Registrants and Attendee Pass holders will enjoy a free pizza slice, goat cuddles, bounce houses, dunk tank, yard games, DJ tunes, karaoke, and on-site sponsors.
• Environmental Notes:
  • While plenty of water will be available to you on-site, we encourage you to bring water in your own reusable bottle to help reduce our single-use plastic waste. A refill station will be available.
  • We are now accepting your Tyvek bib numbers for recycling! Drop-off will be near check-in and you can bring old bibs too.
  • Please be mindful of the Trash and Bottle bin designations. Please only deposit empty and clean recyclables into the Bottle bins.

Our goat-tastic souvenir tees will be available to the first 150 registrants for the 5K! Size selection will be limited after 6/7/26 - sign-up early! Additionally we now have super cool drawstring swag bags for the earliest registrants!
