About Milledge Mile
The 9th Annual Milledge Mile is a one-mile race down Milledge Avenue in beautiful Athens, GA. The event supports our charity partners, Sirius Athletics and the Clarke Central High School Track & Field program. Come out and see how fast you can run a mile!
Packet Pickup and Last Minute Registration
Friday, July 24 from 4-7 pm at Athens Running Company, 210 South Milledge Ave.
Pre-Registered runners will be guaranteed a t-shirt. All others will receive a t-shirt after the race on a first come first served basis while supplies last.
Race Day Schedule
6:00AM Packet Pickup at Clarke Central High School (plenty of parking available).
NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS AND NO BIB TRANSFER.
6:30AM Packet pickup closes
7:00AM Wave 1 start
8:30AM Post run celebration and Awards at Athens Running Company
Wave Assignments
Runners are pre-assigned to waves based on the estimated time submitted at registration. Except for Wave 6, the fastest wave, every attempt is made to have an equal number of runners in each wave.
Wave times are as follows:

Adjustments to these waves may be made to accommodate registration numbers and equal distribution of runners among the waves.
Awards
Overall awards and CASH prizes to the male and female racers who are the top 3 finishers overall, 1st masters, and 1st grandmasters. Age Group awards will be given to male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in 5-year age groups starting at 14 and Under and going through 80 and Over.
