MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K

We are excited to announce the 12th Annual MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K!
- In-person Run/Walk: Saturday, May 2, 2026
- Virtual: Saturday, May 2 - Sunday, May 10, 2026 

The 2026 MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K Run / Walk at Mount St. Dominic Academy is ready for its 12th exciting year. The live race will be held on Saturday, May 2 2026 at 9:30 am. The race features a cash award for the top female and male runners,  with awards for the top 3 runners in each age group.

Back Again - The MSDA Meghan Doyle .05K Fun Run for the Kids!
We know the kids want to be a part of the fun, so we're bringing back the MSDA Meghan Doyle .05K Fun Run for the 10 & Under crowd. The races will take place before the '05K, because we know they'll be raring to go. Just sign them up on the Registration page under the Fun Run -- no registration fee for this race. The Fun Run will start at 9:00 am, before the start of the '05K.

Can't join us in person? You can still run in The Virtual MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K 
The Virtual MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K will run from Saturday, May 2, to Sunday, May 10, in the location of your choice, at your convenience*. Plan your favorite route, whether it may be around the park, neighborhood, back yard, or on your treadmill. 

All Virtual participants will be assigned a bib number. You may print out your bib for the Virtual MSDA Meghan Doyle ‘05K which can be worn during your race (for your photo ops). We hope you will share your photos with us on social media using the #MSDA05K.

When you are ready to go, just pin your bib to your shirt, get out there and run, jog, or walk those 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). We recommend you plan your course in advance to verify the distance, and keep track of your time while running the race. Once you have completed your course, have rehydrated, maybe had a bagel, and patted yourself on the back for a job well done, text, email or upload your time to the Virtual MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K results page. Instructions will be sent to you prior to race day. Trust us, this is the easy part!

Since its inception in 2015, more than 1800 participants have "Run for Meghan" in support of the Financial Assistance Program at Mount St. Dominic Academy. Through the generous support of our sponsors, donors and participants, we have raised close to $300.000 to benefit a scholarship fund in memory of Meghan Doyle '05, to afford young women the opportunity to receive a Mount St. Dominic Academy education.

2026 MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K Race Day Shirt

This year's race day shirt will surely get you noticed as you head out for your run! Lightweight roomy and highly breathable, these Moisture-Wicking Tees feature PosiCharge® technology. Standard sizes, Small through XXLarge, will be available to the first 250 registrants of the MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K and the Virtual MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K (combined total). 

Pre-registered participants will be able to pick up their race day shirt and bib on Friday, 5/1/26, between 3:00-6:00pm. Pickup will be on campus, in the MSDA Athletic Center (Building #4 on the map below). Virtual participants may either pick up their shirts on campus, or include the cost of shipping when selected.

Packet pickup and day-of-event registration will open at 8:30 am on Saturday, 5/2/26. 

You may submit your virtual results any time between 9:00 am on Saturday, 5/2 and 11:59 pm on Monday, 5/11/2026.

To enter your time, log in to the race website (Runsignup.com/MSDA05K) and click on your Profile. It's the little circle beneath the "Sign Up" and "Donate" buttons.

Scroll down to your Upcoming Races, where you should see a the MSDA Meghan Doyle '05K listed. 

In the upper right hand corner is a link to "Submit Virtual Results." 


Then you will enter your race time, and hit submit.

On May 2, 2026, we will celebrate the 12th running of the MSDA Meghan Doyle 05K, which benefits the Tuition Assistance Program at Mount St. Dominic Academy in Caldwell, New Jersey. The race is held in memory of Meghan C. Doyle, a 2005 graduate of MSDA, who passed away in 2013 after a brief illness. 
Two of Meghan's goals in 2013 were to become more involved with her alma mater, and to run a 5K. The race was developed to help Meghan achieve these goals, and to provide assistance to families who want to offer their daughters a Mount St. Dominic Academy education.
We are very excited to be back on campus for an in-person MSDA '05K again this year, and the third annual "MSDA .05K Fun Run" for children 10 and under! 

Since 2015, generous donations and participation have raised close to $300,000 to benefit a scholarship fund in memory of Meghan Doyle '05 that affords young women the opportunity to receive a Mount education. We hope you will join us to keep this legacy alive and growing!
