Open to all women, transgender and non-binary people who are comfortable in a group class that centers the experiences of women.
Build strength and endurance this winter with a women-specific fitness class designed for those starting an exercise routine or seeking to enhance their existing activities. The class covers proper form for strength-focused exercises, incorporating rotational, core, and explosive movements to foster power and endurance. All exercises can be modified, and experienced trainers lead the classes. Limited space available; secure your spot promptly as classes will fill quickly.
