WELCOME TO THE NICKY CASS 5K CHALLENGE!
We are super excited that you have decided to join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Expect a morning full of good vibes, music, and good people!
Check in and same day registration will start at 8:15AM and continue until 9:15AM. All participants MUST check in to get their race bib and t-shirt if you registered before August 31st. We will make our way to the start line @ 9:30AM, for a clock start time of 9:40am. As people start to finish up the race there will be water, light snacks, BPN products and a live DJ, along with 3 food trucks selling coffee, ices and burgers, so please stick around to enjoy the music and cheer on all of the other participants!

PARKING
If you are parking inside the park, please enter through the North Entrance (299 Lake Rd, Congers, NY US 10920) and follow the signs to Parking Field #1. The Start and Finish line will be directly in front of this lot. Do not enter through the South Entrance. Use the address above in your GPS and it will bring you directly to Lot 1. The Park will charge a $10 parking fee if you arrive after 8AM.

You can park in parking field #1 and there is a fee of $10 if you arrive after 8:00am.

Check in starts at 8:15am.
What time will race start?
Race will start at 9:30am.
Can we register on race day?
Yes, you can register on race day up to 9:15am, no cash will be accepted, credit or debit card only.
Will the race be timed?
Yes, the race will be timed.
When will results be posted?
In Person Results should be posted no later than 5:00pm the day of the race.
Virtual Results will be posted as they come in. but no later than 6PM on 10/1.
Prizes for winners?
There will be a R.A.D Running Shoe $150 gift card for the fastest male and female finishes for the in person 5K.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the race.
What distances are offered?
5K only
How do I get my swag?
If you are participating in the race in person, you will get your swag upon check-in.
If you are participating virtually, your T-shirt will be mailed to you the week of the race.
Where do I complete my virtual challenge?
You can complete your virtual challenge anywhere of your choice. In order to enter and qualify for fastest time prizes, you must run the race on either 9/28 or 9/29 and enter your race time online by 6PM on 9/30.
