Niekro Foundation Aneurysm & AVM Awareness Virtual 5K and Houston 5K

Join the Niekro Aneurysm & AVM Foundation's 5K!  Our 6th Annual Niekro Aneurysm & AVM Awareness 5K takes place September 19th through October 4th and includes two ways to participate:
- Our nationwide Virtual 5K, where participants complete their 5K from anywhere.
- Our first-ever Houston 5K on Sunday, October 4 starting at 8 AM at Sugar Land Memorial Park.

Walk, Run, Cycle or Roll to help us raise AVM and aneurysm awareness, fund medical research and connect patients and caregivers with the community and resources they need to thrive! 

In addition to participating in the race, we’d love to invite you to partner with the Niekro Aneurysm & AVM Foundation by creating your personal page and/or team. By sharing your page with friends and family you multiply the Niekro Foundation’s awareness and support. You can invite your family and friends to race with you and/or share your unique individual fundraising link to earn Niekro Foundation Swag. It’s also an effective way to organize a team that can race together.  

To ensure you receive your race shirt prior to the race, please sign up by midnight on September 8th.
