Registration will be available the morning of the race starting at 7am

Event Categories:
Elite Athlete Duathlon featuring a 5k run through the gorge, a 20k ride finishing with a 2.5 k run. These athletes must complete the entire course individually
Athlete Duathlon features the 5k gorge run and a 10k ride
Relay Duathlon allows for one athlete to complete the 5k run and one athlete to complete the 10k ride
Kids Duathlon with a 1/2 mile run and 1/2 mile bike ride
Stay and enjoy grilled hot dogs with everyone after!
Awards will be given to first, second and third place winners in each division
T- Shirt deadline is October 1. There may be LIMITED extra tshirts available
