The Philosophy We are formally testing a new practice racing format for the Club Spinistry Progression Program. The goal is simple: maximize fitness, build group riding skills, and simulate race intensity, while completely eliminating the chaos and danger of open-road sprint finishes and unsafe competitive tactics.

The Core Mechanics (How We Ride Today)

The "Together We Cross" Rule: If you arrive at the finish with a group, you all get the exact same time. Period.
Neutralized Finish: Expect a mandatory dismount or a highly technical, slow-speed section immediately before the timing table. Do not sprint.
Pull Your Weight: Drafting is encouraged, but pull your fair share. If you are cooked, you can sit on the back, but you forfeit the right to attack the group later.
Self-Reliance: This is a drop ride. The pack will not wait for mechanicals or dropped riders.
The Exception: If there is a serious accident, the training clock stops, and the group assists.
The Feedback Request We are using this ride to refine this rule set for the summer calendar. After you cross the line, we want your honest assessment on the following:

Pack Dynamics: Did the "Together We Cross" rule successfully change the vibe of the group as you approached the finish?
The Finish Line: Was the technical slow-down effective, or does it need adjustment?
Clarity: Are there any gray areas in the "Fair Share" etiquette that we need to define more clearly?
