About North Penn IronKnights Kids Triathlon Training Program
This program is designed to help your child be ready and complete the North Penn IronKnights Triathlon. PLEASE NOT ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BE NORTH PENN SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS. Also note this program does not include the race. It is for the training program only.
This program is designed to help prepare your child for the biking and running portion of the race. It is not designed to help your child win. It is a skills based training program that helps kids become more comfortable on the bike and build endurance for running. There will be swim practices that will be held at the high school to help your child prepare for the swim.

Sessions will run from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM. The first four sessions are planned as bike/run sessions. On the final evening, we will do a transition clinic with set-up and race practice.
You are responsible for bringing your child's bike, bike helmet, sneakers, and a water bottle. Please note that bikes must be in working condition and the tires pumped prior to class arrival.
We will do our best to hold each session. Please understand if there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel the session and there may not be a make-up class.
THIS IS A TRAINING PROGRAM IT IS NOT THE RACE REGISTRATION, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE RACE
