Where We Run
Wallace Lake Park, Berea OH - Cleveland Metroparks
Join us in a 5k, 10k, or 1-mile run/walk to benefit the individuals OhioGuidestone serves. Each registered participant will receive a run bag with a Promise Run t-shirt and a complimentary smoothie following the race. Stick around for our awards presentation, enjoy family-friendly activities, and treat yourself to the concessions at the brand new Wallace Lake Grille. Get a group together, bring the whole family (strollers and leashed pets are welcome), or come solo!

Please don't use the 213 Prospect Rd address as it will take you just outside of the Metroparks. Registration Fees
Pre-Registration (now through August 31st) for individuals:
10k, 5k, 1mi - $40
Pre-Registration for a group of 4 or more (now through August 31st):
10k, 5k, 1mi - $35/each member
Late Registration & Day-of (September 1st-26th):
10k, 5k, 1mi - $45
*Option to "opt-out" of receiving a Promise Run t-shirt as part of run bag to save $5 is available for all pre-registered participants.
**Late and day-of-event registrations are not guaranteed a run bag with a shirt and sizes will be subject to availability

Start Times
10k starts at 8:00AM ET
5k & 1-mile start at 8:30AM ET
**If you do not pick up your run packet (bib + run bag) prior to the day of the run, please allow extra time to check-in and collect your run packet. Check-in opens at 7:00AM on the morning of the event.
Packet Pickup
Run packets, including your bib and run bags, will be available for pick-up in Berea the week before the event. Please check back for details.
Virtual Run/Walk
If you are unable to join us on Saturday, September 26th in Berea, you can still participate virtually and support a great cause! Run or walk at home on your own time (you don't even have to walk/run on the same day!), or with an organized group in your neighborhood. If you are able to organize a group run/walk in your locality, please contact Molly Martens at molly.martens@ohioguidestone.org so that we can publicize your group's meeting place for more potential participants to join you.
Please note that you will not receive a bib for signing up for a virtual run/walk, but your run bag with your Promise Run t-shirt may be available for pick-up at one of our regional offices (please check back for more information) or can be shipped to you for an additional cost.

Know Before You Go
OhioGuidestone’s Promise Run is this Saturday and we are so excited to see you!
Here are details to help you enjoy the event.
The 10k race starts at 8:30 a.m., and the 5k and 1-mile run/walk start at 9:00 a.m. Our registration and check-in table opens at 7:30 a.m.
- Location: Wallace Lake Park in Berea

- Parking: Please park in the main lot. If that is full by the time you arrive, there is street parking along Valley Parkway, or refer to the map at the bottom of the registration page for additional parking lots nearby.
- Check-In/Registration: Opens at 7:30am. If you are unable to pick-up your run bag and bib prior to the event, please allow extra time to check-in or register. To check-in, make your way to our check-in table and tell our friendly event staff your last name.
- Pre-event run packet pickup: If you are able, we recommend you pick-up your run bag and bib prior to the event to alleviate long lines. Run packet pick-ups will be hosted at 434 Eastland Rd, Berea OH 44017 during the following days/times:
- Wednesday, September 11th from 4-6pm
- Thursday September 12th from 5-7pm
- Dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes!
- Dogs are welcome, and your family and friends are welcome to come along, too!
- Our friends from Hope Yoga will conduct warm-up activities from the stage at 8:00.
- Our friends from C-Town Studio welcome you to join them near the starting point 10 minutes prior to the starting times for some additional warm-up exercises.
Stick around after the races for some Post-Run Fun – we’ll have food trucks serving up delicious eats (and don’t forget your free smoothie!), an awards ceremony to congratulate the top

Parking
Wallace Lake Park's recreation area and parking lot is off of Valley Parkway in the Cleveland Metroparks in Berea, please refer to the attached PDF of other nearby parking areas in the case the main lot is full when you arrive.
