The FREE 2026 Five & Thrive One in a Million Challenge is a virtual fitness challenge celebrating the resilience, strength, and invaluable contributions of military spouses. Running from May 1 to May 15, this special challenge invites anyone who supports military families—spouses, family members, community partners, and leaders—to participate in honoring the “One in a Million” military spouses who selflessly support their families and service members.
Participants can track their activity individually or create or join a team, coming together to support initiatives that enhance quality of life for military families by addressing critical challenges in childcare, education, healthcare, housing, and spouse employment.
