💛 Why We Gather

We gather for the PawPals who make life richer — the companions who steady us, cheer us on, and remind us what connection feels like. Enrichment isn’t just fun; it’s how PawPals flourish. Every shared step, sniff, and tail wag helps them grow into confident, expressive beings… and strengthens the bond we share with them.

River, Aston, and Nova taught us that PawPals aren’t “pets.” They’re family — our shadows, our sidekicks, our PawPals for life.

PawPals Endeavor: Spoooky Edition 2026 is our way of honoring that bond — a day where PawRents and PawPals come together for belonging, joy, and resilience.

❓ FAQ

Mobility & Accessibility

Are mobility devices (including strollers, dog strollers, or support equipment) allowed on the PawPals 4 Life 5K trail?

Yes. Mobility devices such as personal strollers, dog strollers, and other non-motorized support equipment are allowed. Please note that the 5K course is on off-road Florida State Park trails, which may include sand, mud, rocks, roots, uneven ground, natural debris, and wildlife. These conditions may make mobility devices more difficult to maneuver. Water access on the trail is limited, so participants are responsible for any equipment cleaning or maintenance needed during or after the event.

Is water available for PawPals and PawRents?

Limited water stations are available in designated areas. Water access on the trail itself is limited, so participants should plan ahead and bring any water or cleaning supplies needed for themselves or their PawPals.

PawPal Participation & Safety

Can my dog participate without running the 5K?

Yes. General Admission (free) is all that is required for your PawPal to enjoy the event without running the 5K. General Admission provides access to:

• Look‑a‑Like Costume Contest

• Agility & Lure Courses

• Dog Stunt Show presented by Dynamo Dogs

• Community Partner Showcase

• Selected event activities throughout the venue

• Automatic entry for a chance to win the $5,000 PawPals Endeavor 2026 Promotional Giveaway

Can I bring more than one PawPal?

Yes. 5K registration includes one PawPal, with the option to add up to three additional PawPals for a small fee (maximum of four PawPals total). General Admission attendees may bring multiple PawPals as long as they remain leashed and under physical control at all times.

Can I wear a costume or dress up my PawPal?

Yes! Costumes are welcome and encouraged, especially for the Look-a-Like Costume Contest. Costumes must be safe, non-restrictive, and comfortable for PawPals.

Can children participate?

Yes. Minors may participate with a parent or legal guardian present. Guardians must remain with minors at all times. Proof of guardianship may be requested at check‑in.

Registration & Event Access

What’s included with the PawPals 4 Life 5K registration?

The PawPals 4 Life 5K registration includes everything in General Admission, plus:

• Entry into the PawPals 4 Life 5K run/walk (dog‑friendly, off‑road, chip‑timed)

• Official race t‑shirt

• Finisher medal

• Chip‑timed bib

• Additional entries into the PawPals Endeavor 2026 Promotional Giveaway

Many participants register for the 5K even if their PawPal doesn’t run, simply to receive the race items and enjoy the full event experience.

Can I run the 5K without a dog?

Yes. The PawPals 4 Life 5K welcomes both PawRents running with PawPals and participants running solo.

Is the Spoooky Trail & Treat included with General Admission or 5K registration?

No. The Spoooky Trail & Treat is a separate reservation‑based add‑on available to both General Admission attendees and 5K participants.

Are refunds or transfers allowed?

No. As stated during registration, all race and event registrations are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
