Pickleball Registration Instructions:

• All participants must register and sign the waiver.

If you already have a teammate:

• One person can create a team name during registration.
• The other person can either join that team later or be registered by their teammate during sign-up.

Don’t have a teammate yet?

• No problem — you can still register as an individual. We’ll pair you with another solo participant at the tournament.
• Please ensure you complete your registration and sign the waiver ahead of time.

Pickleball Tournament Play Rules:

Format

• Round Robin Elimination- teams split into 2 pools
• Everyone plays minimum of 3 pool games.
• Top 2 from each pool punch their ticket to the Final Four Bracket.
• Winners battle in the Championship Match 🏆.  3rd-place bragging rights match!

Match Play

• Games to 11 points (win by 1) OR until the 12-minute clock runs out.
• Rally scoring (point every rally).
• Each team gets ONE timeout per game (use it wisely 😉).

Seeding Tiebreakers

1. Win/Loss record
2. Head-to-head result
3. Point differential
4. Total points scored
5. Coin flip (pickleball gods decide)
