About Portland (Almost) 5K
Come support the community of Portland as we kick off this year's Art & Heritage Fair with a family-friendly fun walk/run. It won’t even be a full 5k- anyone can do it! We are excited to partner with Sprak Skateboarding and the Louisville Free Public Library for a very fun after party. There will be snacks, music, skateboarding demonstrations, and books!
The event will take place in Lannan Park, including a trek over the bridge to Shippingport Island. All proceeds will go back to the community to support local initiatives through the Portland Museum. Only $4.99 (almost $5) for every participant!
Packet pick up will take place on the morning of the race.
NEW Race Route
NEW COURSE ROUTE! We will still be at Lannan Memorial Park, but will start at Sprak Skateboarding, 800 N 27th St, Louisville. We will start by going over the bridge which crosses over to Shippingport Island and a beautiful view of downtown Louisville. We will then make a loop around Lannan Park and finish back at Sprak.
