The Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral proudly presents The Priority Business Solutions Freedom 5K & Kid's Fun Run. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Brotherhood of Heroes Resource Center and Museum and the Special Operations Communicators Association.

Kids Fun Run: For kids under 12. Ribbons and T shirts will be given to all participants. Fun Runs begin after 5K is completed.

Age Group Awards: 1st – 3rd M&F in the following age categories: 0-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75 and over.

PARKING
PUBLIC PARKING AVAILABLE IN SOUTH CAPE
PUBLIC AND STREET PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE ALONG CAPE CORAL PARKWAY (WEST OF DEL PRADO ONLY)
AND SE 47TH TERRACE INCLUDING THE BIG JOHN'S PARKING LOT, IGUANA MIA PARKING LOT AND CLUB SQUARE
(SE 47TH & SE 10TH PLACE)
THERE WILL BE NO THROUGH TRAFFIC AND NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON CAPE CORAL PARKWAY EAST OF DEL PRADO.
CAPE CORAL PARKWAY (AT DEL PRADO) AND THE CAPE CORAL BRIDGE WILL BE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC ON BOTH SIDES STARTING AT 4:00 AM ON JULY 4TH. IF YOU ARE JOINING US FROM FORT MYERS, PLEASE PLAN AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
THE STARTING LINE FOR THE 5K WILL BE ALONG CAPE CORAL PARKWAY ADJACENT TO THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WELCOME CENTER AT 2051 CAPE CORAL PARKWAY E.
Strictly Prohibited
Unregistered participants, unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, roller blades, skates, skateboards, strollers and pets are strictly prohibited. Baby joggers are allowed but participants must start and remain at the back of the runners/walkers, thereby not interfering (passing, swerving between) with the other participants.
Heat Warning
Temperatures/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluid (non-alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light-colored clothing.
