Project Outrun "Faster Every Day", 5K & Fun Run

Project Outrun is back for year five of the "Faster Every Day" Festival, 5k, & Fun Run in beautiful Cuyahoga Falls! Project Outrun is a Northeast Ohio based nonprofit that supports and empowers kids and families as they battle pediatric cancer. With the help of custom shoes, plus Project Outrun signature swag, we join teams in the fight and provide New Shoe Smiles, Medal Moments, and Finish Line Feelings to our Outrun families. So come join our Super Fast Family for a day full of fun to get "Faster Every Day" at either our "Outrun Aiman" 5k run/walk, or "I'm not sick but my shoes are" Kids' Sprint, - all while helping to push our Project Outrun mission and message forward. Because when kids outrun cancer, it helps to have the right shoes!

*Entrance to the "Faster Every Day" Festival is included when you register to run/walk with us in the "Outrun Aiman" 5k or the "I'm Not Sick But My Shoes Are" Kids' Sprint!

All children that participate in the "I'm Not Sick But My Shoes Are" Kids' Sprint will receive a cake pop provided and sponsored by Daisy Pops Cake Pops! 
 

Outrun Families Run For FREE!
If your Outrun Athlete has ever designed a pair of custom Project Outrun "I'm not sick but my shoes are kicks" then this applies to your family (parents AND siblings)! Email us to receive your special registration code!

Virtual:
If you register to participate virtually, you can run/jog/walk at your convenience! If you register as a virtual runner, your time will not be factored into the in-person race day timing. Items will be mailed after the event for an additional $5. Our Project Outrun Team will mail your race day swag as soon as we possibly can, however, this will be dependent upon inventory and if we have to order more "race day swag" post-race day!

The following will receive a Project Outrun signature finisher's medal on race day:
Top 3 Overall Male & Female
Top 3 Age Group Awards Male & Female: 14 & Under, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65 and older

The following will receive a special prize on race day:
4th place overall
104th place overall
400th place overall

Virtual participants will not be factored into race day awards - so please check that you are registered to participate in-person if you would like to race for an award!

2025 RACE DAY SCHEDULE 
3:00 PM - Packet pickup & race day registration opens. The festival will also be open at this time!
5:00 PM - "Outrun Aiman" 5K Run/Walk starts! "I'm Not Sick But My Shoes Are" Kids' Sprint to follow after the conclusion of the 5k run/walk.
6:30 PM - Awards
Festival closes at approximately 8:30PM

Participating Virtually?

Run/jog/walk at your convenience!

Register by June 1st to guarantee receiving your virtual 5k swag bag by race day on June 21st!
Swag bags for registrations after June 1st will be mailed out after the event. (Our Project Outrun Team will mail your virtual 5k swag as soon as we possibly can after the event date, however, this will be dependent upon "swag" inventory.) 
Submit your finish time on the Virtual 5K Leaderboard
Participants will be sent email instructions on how to log their time or simply submit your time to josh@gcxcracing.com.

Your virtual 5K time will not be included in the in-person 5K results or eligible for awards
