The Queen City 5K helps provide support for kids here in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Last year marked our 10th 5K fundraiser race, which is the beginning of another financial stream to better our kids for the future and to be the educational bridge for their futures. We are excited to bring this race to our weekend!
Our sponsors, partners, walkers and runners will continue to help provide programs, resources and scholarships for our grade school kids up to our seniors on their way to college.

Course:

The course starts near Paul Brown Stadium, continues down the river, continues along Smale Park, passes Great American Ball Park and Heritage Bank Arena.

Benefit:

Raising money for the foundation in order to give assistance, aide, scholarships and programming for our Queen City Foundation kids.

Run Divisions:

Men & Women: 18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

Walk Divisions:

Men & Women 29/under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

If you intend to run any part of the course, sign up as a runner.

Awards:

Top Male and Female Runners. Top Male and Female Walkers. Age Group awards to first place in each division.

Awards Ceremony:

Awards presented immediately following the race/walk.

Partnership with Vibe Cincinnati:

This year the 5k will be a part of Vibe Cincinnati's Music Fest Weekend. And for this reason we wanted to have a race downtown so that all of our new out of town runners can walk to the race.  There will be entertainment during and after the race to fit the mold of a Vibe Cincinnati weekend.  Our goal is to make this a great mixer of full of fun, entertainment and fitness.

Chip Timing:

This year's race will be accurately "chip timed" using MyLaps Bib Tag technology. No need to return chips after the race.

5K Early Registration and Regular Registration Fees:

5K Early registration $25 - May 5th, 2025 cut off

5K Registration after May 5th, 2025 -  $40

5K Same Day Registration $45

Race day registration:

Same day race day registration starts at 12:01 AM day of race

T-shirts:

Race T-shirts can be added for $10

All races include Chip Timing

$30 for adults through June 1st, 2019. $35 from June 2nd, 2019 through noon of Friday,  July 26, 2019. 

$15 for kids 18 and under.

Registrations include chip timing, refreshments and more.

Late/Race Day Registration:

$40 for adults and $20 for kids 18 and under. 

Race day registration:

Race day registration is from 7:00 - 7:45 am at the venue.

T-shirts:

Race T-shirts are optional and available for only $10 while supplies last.

Online-registration is available for through Noon on Friday, July 26, 2019 A service charge will be added to your fee.

For 2020, you choose your own 5K route. Run or Walk it any time this year. Record your time on our results page.

STARTING ON 6TH STREET DOWNTOWN, HEAD WEST 
THEN GET OFF ON THE GEST ST EXIT, 1/2 MILE DOWN TURN Into LONGWORTH HALL PARKING LOT.

Once again, this year's event will be timed using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
