1. What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a run or walk you complete anywhere you choose — your neighborhood, trail, treadmill, or favorite park. You pick the time, place, and pace. Once you finish, simply record your miles and celebrate your accomplishment with the race medal and swag mailed directly to you.

 
2. Do I have to run the entire distance at once?
No! You can complete the distance in one go or break it up over multiple days. Whether you walk, jog, or run — every mile counts. R3 Run Club celebrates all progress.

 
3. Do I need to submit proof of my run?
You are welcome to log your results through RunSignUp, but proof is not required. This event focuses on personal accomplishment, consistency, and celebrating movement at your own pace.

 
4. When will I receive my medal and bib?
If you register before the race launches, your medal and bib will ship at the beginning of the launch month. If you register after the event has started, your swag will ship within one week of registration. Tracking details are emailed once your package ships.

 
5. Is there a time limit to complete the race?
No time limit at all. Complete your miles whenever it works for you. The goal is movement, confidence, and consistency — not speed.

Absolutely! This race is designed for all fitness levels — walkers, new runners, slow runners, seasoned runners, and everyone in between. You do not need to look like a runner to be a runner.

 
9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. Participants must provide a valid U.S. mailing address to receive their medal and race swag.

 
10. Are there refunds?
Because medals and swag are pre-ordered, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another person through your RunSignUp account or by using the platform’s contact link.

Because our race medals and swag are custom-produced in limited quantities for each event, all registrations are non-refundable and non-deferrable.

• Lower 48 United States: FREE shipping
• Hawaii & Alaska: $8 shipping fee
• Canada & Mexico: $15 shipping fee

Shipping Timeline

Early Registrants (Opening Month):
Participants who register during the first month registration opens will have their medal and race bib shipped at the beginning of the launch month. This ensures all early registrants receive their race packages at the beginning of the event month.

Registrants After the Opening Month:
Participants who sign up after the registration opening month can expect their medal and race bib to ship within one week after registration.

Tracking Information
All race packages are shipped with tracking included. Once your package is shipped, tracking details are emailed to you so you can monitor its delivery progress.
