RCH Foundation's Pink Ribbon 5K at the Orangeburg Arts Center

Join us for the Pink Ribbon 5K, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.

5K Run/Walk - Saturday, October 31, 2026 Orangeburg Arts Center at the Edisto Memorial Gardens

Registration Options: Early Registration ends October 15, 2026. Swag availability cannot be guaranteed after that date.

Children under the age of 5 are FREE and do not require registration. Signed Athlete Waiver required!    

* Registration fees will be benefitting the RCH Foundation’s Pink Ribbon Fund and are considered a donation, therefore they will not be refunded if the event will have to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Packet Pickup:  Local participants registered by 11:59 pm on October 15 may pick up their packets in the MUSC Health - Orangeburg Annex lobby at the following time:

(3000 St. Matthews Rd., Orangeburg, SC 29118 / the Annex bldg. is located to the far right of the hospital campus.)

                                  Thursday, October 29 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Timing:  This event will be chip-timed by Charlestowne Road Race /Run Sign Up, and results will be available immediately after the race. 

Course:  The course will begin at the Orangeburg Arts Center and continue through the neighborhood that runs parallel with the Edisto River. It is a paved roadway with some small hills and is certified. Strollers are welcome, NO dogs.

Event Schedule:

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: 7:30 - 8:15 am

Kickoff Ceremony: 8:15 am

Start Time: 8:30 am

Award Ceremonies: Race Awards will take place once all runners have crossed the finish line. Costume Contest results will be announced during the award ceremony.

Award Categories for Runners: Winners will receive trophies.      - Fastest Overall Male   - Fastest Overall Female

 - Top 3 Females over 40   - Top 3 Females over 20  - Top 3 Females 13 to 19   - Top 3 Females 12 and Under

 - Top 3 Males over 40      - Top 3 Males over 20     - Top 3 Males 13 to 19      - Top 3 Males 12 and Under

Costume Contest: An event on Halloween wouldn't be complete without dressing up!

To participate, you must sign up at the Registration table. Entrants will be photographed and our judges will deliberate during the race. You do not have to be entered in the 5K to compete, and you may enter in more than one category, winners will receive trophies and a gift card. (Group winners will share a trophy)

The categories are:

                          - Best Female         - Best Male          - Best Group        - Best Under 12

Whether you provide goods or services, sell things made with your own hands, or are blessed with culinary skills; this is a great opportunity to make some new customers, and support a great cause. Food vendors must adhere to DHEC guidelines.

All approved vendors will get pre-event shout-outs on our social media pages, as well as post-event, including tagging in any photos they may be captured in during the event.

No tricks... just a fun and uplifting morning supporting those in our community fighting this disease, remembering those we lost, and promoting awareness with friends, family and neighbors.

Join us this Halloween for our annual 5K fundraiser in support of the RCH Foundation's Pink Ribbon fund. MUSC Health - Orangeburg's brand-new, 3D mobile mammography bus will be on site to tour, and we will host a Halloween costume contest for anyone that wishes to participate.
