About Ribbons of Hope 5k
Join us for an awesome and fun family friendly 5k run/walk event to celebrate Mother's Day on Saturday May 9th! All proceeds from this event are used to support our fundraising mission to support local charities in our community.
This race takes place at Hickory Creek Forest Preserve in Mokena
We have 2 waves at 9 & 10:30am this year!
In addition to supporting a great cause, this event will also be a great time and a great opportunity to score some awesome race swag!
And if you're not able to participate in the live event don't worry... we also have a virtual race and we'll ship your race gear at no additional charge and you can complete the run/walk virtually at any time and location that you choose!

Course
The Course is an out and back paved route along the Hickory Creek Bikeway. The trail is mostly shaded with tree cover through the beautiful Hickory Creek Forest Preserve. There are some rolling hills, but this is an overall fast course and is very suitable for both runners and walkers.
