Join the Richmond Road Runners Club for an evening of connection, celebration, and reflection as we come together to celebrate the past year and the collective impact of our community.

While we will continue to recognize our Grand Prix finalists and award recipients, this year’s banquet is intentionally designed for all RRRC members. It is an opportunity to step off the race course and gather as a community—to celebrate accomplishments, learn more about what the club achieved throughout the year, and see how we continue to grow in support of our nonprofit mission.

Throughout the evening, we will share a “year in review” highlighting how RRRC supports the Richmond community through races, training teams, education, grants, scholarships, volunteerism, and partnerships. Events like this allow us not only to celebrate, but also to better understand the impact each member, volunteer, and participant has made.

Guest Speaker
We are excited to welcome Jon Lugbill, former Executive Director of Sports Backers, as our featured speaker. Jon has played a significant role in shaping the Richmond running and endurance community, and we look forward to hearing his perspective on community, leadership, and the power of sport.

Registration & Pricing
$35 per person
$10 discount for anyone who volunteered at an RRRC race (details provided during registration)
Grand Prix finalists receive complimentary registration for themselves plus one guest
RRRC Board Members attend free
Registration is available through the RRRC website. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

Food & Beverage
Dinner will be provided.
A cash bar will be available offering:

Richmond Road Runners Club's mission is to support running and healthy lifestyles in the Richmond Region. We do this by sponsoring races in our area, helping other organizations put on races, coaching training teams, supporting kids' running programs, supporting a variety of group runs and awarding academic scholarships to college-bound runner athletes.

RRRC is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that sponsors nearly 20 races each year with distances ranging from 3 miles to half marathon. Club members are runners or those looking to become runners, who are of all paces, ages and shapes. With approximately 2,500 members, RRRC is one of the largest running clubs in the United States.

All paid registration fees and processing fees for the banquet are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions. In the event of postponements or cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refunds.

If you register as a free guest of RRRC (as either a Grand Prix finalist or guest) and find that you cannot attend the banquet, you have two options: 

• Manage your own registration via RunSignup and "request a refund" (even though you did not pay anything) to cancel your participation no later than March 22, 2025.
• Contact suzisilver@yahoo.com to cancel your reservation.

NOTE: If you register as a free guest of RRRC and do not attend and have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged $50.00 for each reservation.
