Course & Course Rules
The 5K (3.1 mile) course is a mostly flat, fast loop on Wyndham neighborhood streets that challenges you with 3 cul-de-sacs early in the race.
The race is run on open roads monitored by course marshals and with traffic controlled by Henrico County Police. Follow their direction and watch for car/truck traffic.
This is a road race conducted under the rules of USATF and RRCA. In consideration of the safety of all participants, the following are not allowed on the course during the race: baby joggers, baby strollers, animals (on or off leash), skateboards, inline or roller skates, and bicycles. The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged in this race. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, RRRC encourages a headphone-free environment during the running of the Cul-de-sac 5Ks.
Please do not warm up or cool down in the middle of the streets.
