The second annual Run for Hope! Walk in Unity is an interfaith event uniting faith communities, local leaders & nonprofit partners to fund food, health, education, and rental assistance for our vulnerable neighbors through NeighborHub <link>.
Run for Hope! Walk in Unity provides a 5K race, 1 mile walk and Unity Fest. Whether you are a jack rabbit or a tortoise, all fitness levels are welcome!

Event Schedule
7:30-8:30 AM: Packet pick-up at Bonnie Wenk (south side near Virginia Pkwy near start)
8:00 AM: Interfaith Festival music and entertainment
8:20 AM: Welcome and opening remarks
8:30 AM: Mayor Bill Cox
9:00 AM: 5K Race begins
9:50 AM: Winners announced
10:15 AM: Unity Walk begins & festivities continue
12:00 PM: Event concludes

5K medals for top 3 male runners and top 3 female runners.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Our race is scheduled to proceed rain, shine, snow or cold. However, the safety of our participants and volunteers is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, such as lightning, a tornado warning, or other hazardous conditions, the race may be delayed or canceled at the discretion of the organizers. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations. Your race donation will still go directly to support the Collin County NeighborHub at McKinney and its core tenants.
