Relay Transition Points for the relay are located at the following aid stations and is where runners will exchange the timing chip and start the next leg. There is no exact line where the exchange has to be made, just somewhere close to the aid station.
1st transition: Bradley Blvd Aid Station in Richland
(46.267454, -119.260886)
2nd transition: Chiawana Park Aid Station - NW parking lot of Chiawana Park in Pasco
(46.247861, -119.216043)
3rd transition: Wye Park Aid Station - Road 39 parking lot in Pasco
(46.230559, -119.143382)
Transportation between the start/finish and the transition points is the responsibility of the team members. One popular strategy is for the team to travel together in one vehicle, where 3 members travel between transition points while the 4th is running. Members then switch out as they start and stop running.
Restrooms or port-a-potties will be spaced no more than 4 miles apart. If they are not at an aid station, a sign will be on the side of the course pointing to their location.
