Run the Vineyards - Bohemia Manor Farm 5K & 8K

Run for Wine at this amazing 5K and 8K race through the historic property of the Bohemia Manor Farm! 

The Race: 

• Chip-timed Races start at 9 AM. Live-streamed instant results 

• 5K Course will take you through the vineyard, along the Bohemia River, and through a wooded trail.  

• The 8K is a bit more technical with wooded trails, but you also enjoy the vineyard and waterfront views.

• Awards for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male & Female Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 yrs)

• Water stops and friendly course marshals

• Finish line water and bananas and wine and more....

• High Quality Tech Shirt ~ Men's/Unisex, Women's, or Youth sizes included or upgrade to Women's Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Men's Tanks optional for no added cost.  *Please register by July 19 to guarantee first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after July 19.

More Race Info:

• 5K Walkers and all ages welcome. Start on time at 9 AM behind the runners. Registration required to participate.

• Race is Rain or Shine. No refunds or deferrals.

• Packet Pick-Up on Race Day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at the "Good Day for a Run" tent at the winery.

The following information specifies the most important details for race day. Please read through.

• Date/Time: July 26th at 9am (8K starts at 9am, 5K starts at 9:05am)
• Location: Bohemia Manor Farm located at 237 Bohemia Manor Farm Lane, Chesapeake City, MD
• Check-In: 7:30-8:30am. You will check in at the 2 Good Day for a Run tents.
  Please arrive early. The parking and check-in/Starting line area are a 10+ minute walk
  Starting line is along the Bohemia River next to the beach bar area.
• Bag Check: There will be a bag check option available at the check-in area.

• Course Descriptions: Both courses are primarily "cross country style". There is some pavement. The 8K course also includes a technical single track trail through the woods (approx. .75 mile)
• Results: All results will be live. QR Code is available at Finish. You may also visit this link or Race Page. 
• Awards: Overall awards to top 3 finishers (Gun time) and top 3 per age group (Chip timed).
• Live Music: Gene Shepherd will be performing live at the beach bar stage. 
• Food Trucks: Multiple food trucks will be on site with lunch and breakfast type items.  
• Race is Rain or Shine
• Strollers not permitted on 8K Course
