About Rushville Mayor's 5K
The City of Rushville will be holding its 13th annual Mayor’s 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
This race is an annual event facilitated by the City of Rushville, with proceeds benefiting local
organizations that serve and strengthen our community. This year’s recipients are the Rush County
Chamber, Heart of Rushville, and Imagine:nation. They are organizations dedicated to supporting local
businesses, enhancing community experiences, and inspiring creativity and engagement throughout
Rush County.
Funds from this year’s event will be used to create meaningful art installations in downtown Rushville to
beautify the city and create more inviting spaces for residents and visitors alike. These efforts will help
foster community pride, encourage economic vitality, and make our downtown a destination for all to
enjoy.
