About Salmon Run 5K
Returning for the 6th year is the Salmon Run 5K!
Join us in honoring the memory of Paul "Fish" Salmon, a beloved brother and leader in the Theta Pi chapter of ATO at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Paul was diagnosed with leukemia in 2006 and underwent treatment at the Clearview Cancer Institute (CCI). All proceeds from the race and the accompanying wing festival will directly benefit Russell Hill Cancer Foundation and HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. Thank you for your support. First 125 runners will receive a Salmon Run 5K T-shirt.
Look out! We have a race location change this year. For 2026, the Salmon Run 5K will now be located on campus at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH)! The race will also be taking place a WEEK BEFORE Battle of the Buffalo. Thank you for your attention!
