About SelecTri Bike and Transition Skills Clinic
SelecTri coaches will be hosting two skill clinics:
1) A bike skills clinic for youth athletes looking to brush up on their bike skills. This clinic will focus on biking basics: starting and stopping, riding in straight lines, riding with others, cornering, and more.
2) A transition clinic which is all about what you need to know for Triathlon Transition during a Youth Race. Athletes will learn all the steps of transition including setting up your space at a race site, transitioning from swim to bike (T1), transitioning from bike to run (T2), and all the associated skills such as mounting, dismounting, and running with your bike.
Each clinic will be 1 hour long and cost $20. There will be a 20-minute break between clinics. If you wish to do both clinics, there is a $5 discount (please pick the combo class to receive the discount).
Ages 6-12.
All athletes must have a bike helmet that fits and a working bike (with working brakes).
