Selfhelp 5K Run/Walk

Selfhelp is proud to be participating in our 11th annual 5K! The run/walk is virtual, taking place anywhere, anytime between Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 15. There is also an option to race together on Sunday, November 8 in Central Park! Racers will receive a Selfhelp hat.

We are raising money for Selfhelp's Holocaust Survivor Program, the oldest and largest program serving survivors in North America. Through a spectrum of housing, home health care and social services, Selfhelp provides survivors with the compassionate care they need to live with the comfort and dignity they so richly deserve.

Your sponsorship of Selfhelp's 2026 Virtual 5K Walk/Run will raise critical funds to support the Holocaust survivors in Selfhelp's care. Please contact Alyssa Nichols at anichols@selfhelp.net.
