Just over a year ago, our incredible Uncle Matt, only 48 years old was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic esophageal cancer. Since that day, he has faced every challenge with courage, grit, and an unwavering determination to keep moving forward. He has undergone chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, enduring it all with quiet strength and the same steady spirit that defines who he is. Despite the toll of treatment, Matt has continued to work and stay active, showing up for those around him in every way he can.
Matt is a loving husband to his wife Jenny, and a deeply cherished part of a large and close-knit family. He is also a loyal friend and respected coworker. Matt is someone who has built a community around him through kindness, humility, and an incredible sense of humor.
Through it all, Matt has never asked for much. It is our turn to give back to him. We’re rallying to support Matt and Jenny during this difficult chapter, as the financial burden of ongoing treatment and time away from work continues to grow. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease their load so they can focus on what matters most: healing, hope, and time together.
If you can’t donate, your prayers, kind words, and shares mean more than you know. Let’s surround Matt with the love and support he’s given so freely to so many others.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Amy, Lauren,Jessica, and Kelsey!
